Group Power is your hour of power! This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating group environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Group Step
Discover new heights with Group Step. Utilizing the step in many positions and heights, this compelling 60 minute cardio program strengthens and shapes the lower body one step at a time. Energetic music and motivating instructors create this spunky group experience. Step this way with Group Step.
Zumba
Zumba fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!
Yoga
This class can enhance your vitality and sense of well being. You may gain flexibility, balance, strength and improved posture. In addition, reduce stress, improve sleep and improve your mental clarity. Come on everyone can benefit from this class.
Boot Camp
Introduction to a full body workout that keeps you moving from one exercise to another. Exercises include use of kettle bells and calisthenics among other things. You work, you sweat, and best of all, you burn a ton of calories! All of this done in a short 30 minute workout.
